What's the difference between the Basic and Platinum detail packages?
Basic covers a full exterior wash, wheel and tire cleaning, and an interior vacuum and wipe-down. Platinum adds interior shampoo, leather/vinyl conditioning, clay bar treatment, ceramic coating/protection, stain removal, and heavy dirt & mud removal for a deeper interior and exterior finish. How long does a mobile detail take?
A Basic detail typically runs 45–90 minutes depending on vehicle size and condition; a Platinum detail runs longer since it includes interior shampoo and conditioning. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Do you need access to water and electricity at my location?
We bring our own water supply and equipment, so we don't need you to provide a hose or outlet. All we need is safe, legal parking access at your home or office.
Can you remove pet hair, stains, or heavy interior mess?
Yes. Pet hair removal and stain treatment are part of our interior process, especially with the Platinum package. If your vehicle needs extra attention, mention it when you request a quote so we can plan the right amount of time.
Is mobile detailing safe for my paint and interior surfaces?
Yes. We use pH-balanced cleaning products and proper technique for both exterior paint and interior leather, vinyl, and fabric: the same standards we use on the vehicles you can see in our gallery above.
